Last night while playing EDO I noticed that all my "Codex Discoveries" had reset and also that I now had a new to me anyway header telling me that the area I am in is called Odin's Hold. Has anyone had this happen to them and is there a solution to it. I have been on a long distance voyage in my carrier for almost 3yrs now starting from the bubble to SagX, now on my way to Colonia and afterwards a return to the bubble. I hope there is a solution as that is a whole lot of data gone. It was all there the night before last so unsure of what happened.

i think this needs to go straight to ticket tbh
others have said the codex is broken in the past on this forum i can vaguely recall..............
and there are varying reported issues in the issue tracker closed due to not receiving enough votes eg https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/18101
if i was not just yer basic merc/thargoid hunter and dont care about such things i would be livid tbh.
go en drown your sorros till the ticket comes back (if you have a bar in that carrier that is...............

The galaxy is made up of many different regions. The codex discoveries in them are separate. Select a region you were previously in and you will find your discoveries.
No need for that, this is not a bug, it is how the codex works.

vista yes but would have thought Cartographics more suitable than redemption if on an exploratory expedition tbh
You can select which codex region you want to look at, by clicking on one of the galactic sectors.

So there's no need to travel there to see the entries for a different region - while I am in Inner Orion Spur, if I click on Errant Marches, I could see my codex entries there, assuming I had any.

I just put in a ticket. As I have no idea how long it will take to resolve would it be okay to continue playing in the meantime or should I stop and wait for some movement on the ticket?
Yeah, if you have no data in the Inner Orion Spur region (the one where the bubble is, where the down-arrow is in my attached pic) then something's definitely gone wrong.
I can't answer for certain whether it's ok to continue playing, but if it was me I certainly would do. Good luck with the ticket!
Just a heads up on this. The various discoveries for the relevant areas are still there but do not appear automatically when checking a box in the Codex screen of previously visited systems. Once you have checked an area box you must recheck again the Geo/Bio boxes and then magically all your discoveries will reappear.
