My commander looks very unhappy

I've tried to make mine look like me. I think he looked in the mirror. He's bloody suicidal.
He has to see orange all day, he cant get up and walk around, he has wait forever with nothing to do while traveling over the light years, planets have no atmospheres, they took all the turning out of yaw but gave it to pitch(so vertical circles instead of horizontal) , u actually have to have slots wasted on basic amenities, the views in the cockpit don't convey scale well or if at all and after that the latest update broke the leftovers. Theres no reason for a smile...but atlast I log in again...is there no developers that can deliver this concept?
I think smiley commanders would ruin that authentic dytopian future FD is desperately trying to build. Plus genetank bred monsters you can find in Crew Lounge for hire kinda set the mood of universe just right, and are straight reference of how they envision our dark future. Really, nothing to be happy about, just contemplate it...
