My computer kicked the bucket

Last night my desktop computer shut down and wouldn’t turn back on. It was 5 years old. I decided to just get a new one and I ordered an HP i7 tower. My old one is an HP Envy Phoenix but the new one is an Omen. Is 16 gb of ram enough to run Planet Coaster? I think it can be upgraded to 64. I have ram from the old desktop but it might not fit in the new one. I’ll have to get my game saves and blueprints, etc. off the old drive by installing it in the new machine as a secondary drive. In the meantime, I’m deprived of Planet Coaster until I set up the new machine on Wednesday after UPS or FedEx delivers it. The new computer cost almost 13 Benjamin Franklins, that is $1,300. I also use my computer as a DVR to record TV programs, now I can’t record anything for almost 3 days. I don’t have a DVR that hooks to the TV like tivo, etc. I use Windows Media Center. But Win 10 doesn’t have it. I might roll back to Win 8.1 on the new computer.

Nobody knows what an HP i7 Phoenix or Omen is. What are the actual full specifications?

16gb (of what? DDR3 or DDR4? How many mhz?) should be enough, 64gb probably is way above overkill and won't give you any extra frames.
