So i was reading about aliens in elite lately, especially after the new big reveal of the unknown "galnet shaped" spaceship, and i thought after alot of reading about the formidine rift and the new ruins and decoding stuff, and i thought, what if there's not just thargoids? What if there's thargoids and something else, like the "guardians"? And maybe according to one of the decoded active obelisks, there used to be two races a planet, and they started a war. What if the war was between the thargoids and the guardians?
Maybe one day, the dev team might even give us a new war to fight against the guardians instead of the thargoids like there aparently was in the first game... Or maybe we will get caught in the crossfire?
