My Elite Dangerous Game used to open very well but not opening anymore

Try to run the EDLaunch.exe without having steam running. I don't even have my "steam purchased" version installed in steam, I just run a copy of the EDLaunch.exe file for each of my accounts.

(If you don't know where the game is installed on your machine either search for EDLaunch.exe in windows explorer or in the little search box that opens when you press the windows key / start menu.)

You might find that you have to download a new version of the launcher since you have not run it for a while, that could be what Steam is trying to do.

I tried to setup in \Steam\steamapps\common\Elite Dangerous but it didn't work. I also tried to create a new folder and setup in it but it didn't also work.

You have to repair the visual C++ runtime 2015 or something that's in control panel / programs. Happened to me, too.

Mate I don't understand what is the problem with my game. Didnt worked (If you are available to help can you contact me via: Discord? Apoca#7499

Sorry, I don't use discord. The symptom where the play button disappears and then appears without the game starting was caused by the redistributable being corrupted or something (I googled it, it happened 6+ months ago). I've got win 10 home. anyway, in Control Panel, I repaired all the visual C++ redistributables (they get installed by games/applications that need them, so various versions may exist (2008,2013, etc). Just select it and from the top row click on "change" and in the new window press Repair. From your print screen I think it's called "Degistir" (I don't have the keyboard...).

Just repair every Microsoft visual C++ you can see in there...
Edit: Not the 200x, in the 201x range. It could be 2013, I can't remember. Sorry for the not-so-detailed-instructions.

I got some good news now its only says playing.Playing word not closing on steam. But the thing is there is no game loading.

Did you repair them by date? i.e. first 2010, then 2012, etc. Making sure you repair both x86 and x64 versions. I'm pretty sure Horizons is x64 but repair both. Then verify the game files through Steam (if you've modified any text files for cockpit colors it will revert, careful). If it doesn't correct itself and nobody else offers any suggestions, try googling it and / or opening a ticket with support.

I know it's frustrating, I've been there.

How about doing something completely different:

Uninstall Elite Dangerous in your Steamlibrary, having first copied your saves and bindings from:

%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Bindings

Then log-in to Frontier Store, go to "My Account", "My Downloadable Products" and download the "Elite Dangerous -PC" - that gives you the latest installer, install Elite Dangerous, Run Launcher, Login, Validate - go - and forget about going through Steam to play.
