My email is no longer available and I can't log in or access an access code

Hi Support,
I've decided that I wan to come back to Elite Dangerous after about two years of not playing it. In that time my email provider is no longer supporting emails (Sky email) so I've been changing everything over to my Gmail account. My purchased copy of Elite Dangerous was bought with my old email, so when I've come to log back in the access code goes to my inaccessible (Sky) email account.
How can I:
Access my account again and login?
How can I change my registered email (the inaccessible one) to my Gmail account?
Basically, I've paid for Elite (absolutely ages ago) and I can't play it.
Is there anything you can do to help me?
I'm happy to provide my details in private.

Regards.

Hello, i got the same problem and the supportsite has nothing then a Q&A list, even the login button on that site does nothing :-(
How can I change my registered email (the inaccessible one) and that just happend cause some genius decided one day its maybe
fun if players get sent a verification code everytime they try to log into the game, cause that what i did a few times even this year till now

This is a player discussion forum. None of us can fix account related issues. All we can do is direct you to official support.

Choose one of the options, most of them will provide a button to "Submit a Request" at the bottom.

Keep in mind it's your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date. It's Frontier's responsibility to ensure your account is secure. Like most companies, they use an email based verification system for that.

As it was never needed since purchase and was changed to code verification without informing me, when should i have change it ?
Beside that i cant even change it in my profile, while all my other log-ins work. But ok i continue my search for the "submit" button.
