Yes reactive armor. I'm not sure where the point defense is place, I need to check that. I have ECM also, but it's pretty useless.

That means his wing mates. 1/3 means he is the only one in the instance. 3/3 means they are all there.

I was confused about this lately, too.
I'm pretty sure it used to say wing x/y when it was about wing-mates and crew x/y when concerning multi-crew.
As of lately however, I saw FDLs with crew 4/4...
