My first black hole

Hello,

So I went to the Pleiades Nebula to do my first bit of exploring away from civilisation (or so I thought) and came across two CMDRs! I've got an advanced discovery scanner so led one of the other guys to the black hole. All good fun. Anyway, back to Shinrarta to trade my Type-6 for an Asp, then off into the wild again!

Woohoo!

(game has problems blah blah blah but I don't care, it's really cool and fun).

Ha! I was heading for the Pleiades Nebula myself last night but I think I'm gonna head of to Shinrarta to see what bargains can be had first.

And yes, you are absolutely correct. This game is very cool and a shed load of fun! Have some rep!

edit: I just came back from an exploration trip with the intention of selling data and doing bit of bounty hunting again... but the pull of the wilderness is calling me back. Somehow I think for the foreseeable future I'm going to be exploring further and further way. I love it!

I was also pleasantly surprised at how much cash I made form the exploration data.

Isn't as quick as hardcore trading, but there's no rush... Still, that Asp better be good! Am enjoying my Type-6.

I just stared my journey to the Pleiades yesterday :)
Started at Altair, i visited Capella do a little sight seeing there and went to Aldebaran next and will continue my journey from there today till i reach the Maia system. Next stop will be AIN this is where the 4 bright stars are that i see daily when doing my trades near Altair.
I travel with my Eagle (best view ever). I got 22ly jump range out of her. With 3B fuel scoop it takes just a few seconds to refuel.

Beware commanders, when you take a nap in normal space. Make sure you're always on the move with the lowest heat signature possible. Yesterday i do my shutdown routine before sleep. FA off, modules off except life support. Literally flying blind 200.000ls away from Aldebaran's main star, when suddenly i hear a Viper passing by at high speed, so near i could almost touch but not see!
