I just recommend an MRP. Size 1, size 2, either or both, just to make sure you don't lose your sensors or power plant easily.

Thanks for the advice, just learned about the 84% you can get from two MRPs. I added a 2D and 1D for the protection %. The one kink I'm trying to fix is the heat from continuous fire.

Rails produce a lot of heat. Replace one or two with efficient thermal vent beams. They cool your ship when they hit the enemy. I'd go turreted for more TOT and thus, more cooling.
