My first Earth-like!

Well, after several trips out and 10,000ly of exploring I finally discovered my first Earth-like! Woot!

By all accounts it also appears I am the first to find it. As tempted as I am to run back to populated space I am just enjoying this trip too much to turn back after only 4000ly. Here's hoping they'll come along more frequently after this first one!



P.S. I will add this to the "list of earth-like planets" thread once I have claimed it.

10,000 LY? Really? I discovered a half a dozen within 2000 LY of Fed space. Maybe when you get home you can post what sector you're in. It seems these things live in clusters. I even found two earth-likes orbiting each other....

Now, if you want to talk about the 9 Brown Dwarfs in a row I found and almost ran out of fuel.....I have a place for you.

Oh, just curious, but how far off the galactic plane are you? The ones I discovered were maybe 50 LY above Sol on the plane.
