i am here for around 5 months. Played since Beta 2.0. I have seen Elite growing and i liked it. Sure, we miss a lot of content right now. We all know this. And we hope that Frontier will deliever what was announced.
I travelt a lot through the verse. Done exploring, mining, trading. It was and it is fun. Hope to see they will fill the void with life.
So yesterday i visit a friend online. Hi Cmdr Sutra
He is a reallife buddy and was eager to explore Elite. So we made rendezvous coordinates and crossed our fingers. First the ingame com didn't work. No text, no speech...
So mobile phone by hand we made it. On arrival in the same system both worked. The ship to ship com is great. I like this sound when the radio goes off. Remindes me of Buzz Aldrin and Louis Armstrong on the Moon. Good thing...
So my buddy was there with his Hauler. Took him a few days as a newbie to get to this ship. I told him to get in parking position and I dropped rares for him. Around 20 tonnes. After a couples of rendezvous he was clear to buy a Cobra. Saved him a lot of time and we had a lot of fun together. Then we set course for my rare trade run. Was a lot of fun and now i am hooked a lot more with Elite.
We were inderdicted on our way and hell this was fun... hope to see some kind of convoijump FSD thing will be easier to react to each other.
