My Fleet Carrier has disappeared

I was heading up to my fleet carrier to drop off some supplies then the game crashed. I didn't get a crash report, which I thought was unusual, so I restarted the game. I went to the navigation screen but my fleet carrier was gone. I've reported the issue but haven't heard back. How long does it take for support to reply these days?

Has anyone else had this problem? I had a look on the issue tracker but couldn't see anything.

I hope this gets fixed soon as I'm trying to build a big station and I need the carrier.

I'd try logging completely out of the game and then back in. Try jumping out to a different system, then back in again. Do you have a bookmark set on your carrier so you can find it regardless of where it is?

I'll try that next time. I didn't know about bookmarking the carrier, thanks, I do that.

I got it back. It's a bit embarrassing but it turns out that carriers had been filtered out on the navigation screen, not by me I must add but I should have thought to look there.

Don't worry, we all make silly mistakes (I for sure do all sorts of epic fails even after 7k hours 😅 )
