My FLEET Carrier IS lost on a SYNUEFE HW-C C29-8 planet 2A

My FC is lost on a synuefe HW-C C29-8 planet 2A. I came off the planet ring and there was no FC in sight. Where is it?

Also, if you just jumped to that location, notice that the POI for the carrier is created about 10 minutes before the carrier actually arrives

Not at last, sometimes there may be some sync issues.
Last time i jumped my XB carrier - it was a mini-jump, within the same system, the game refused to show my carrier at it's new park spot for like 20-30 minutes AFTER the jump completed. Eventually after like 2 game restarts everything came back in sync and my carrier was showing at its proper location*

*the really weird part is from normal space i could target my carrier at its location, but as soon as i entered supecruise, the carrier was not present at it's spot, but it was still listed at its previous location some hundreds of LS distance.
