I've been waiting 45 mins. Expect there's a traffic control strike or something...
Jumping just before maintenance will do that, although if it's not maintenance it will sometimes happen during periods where a lot of people are jumping FC's. The jump of an FC is basically a database update, so there's only so many of those they can do in a given period of time and the jump queue gets longer.
