My game is borked. Stuck floating in space

Last night I was playing ED Horizons, and I was leaving a planet. My ship suddenly stopped dead. My engine module was not active, and I also was not moving. Just there, stuck floating about 10km above the surface.

I logged out and back in a few times. Same result.

I logged a ticket for this. But unless anything changed overnight, my game is currently perma borked.

Has anyone else had such an event happen? Just wondering if I can get this fixed a little faste than 72 hours.

With limited info, I would recommend checking on the status of your ships equipment. I.E.thrusters offline. Maybe something is damaged. Good luck.

Option 1 : Login with the non-horizons game from the launcher, you should appear in orbit.
Option 2 : Your 'landed' in the air, just hit the launch key (mine is R when I'm on the planet) and you should 'take off' from mid-air. Happened to me.

Have you tried treating it as if you were landed? That is upward thrust until you start moving again.

Something like this happened when I visited the barnacle in open. Got a few meters off the ground and while still going up my ship behaved as if I'd just landed. There I was, several meters up, engines off, and not moving. Treated it as a normal take off and everything went as if I was on the ground. I'm fairly sure it happened to some other ships too.

This. It's a glitch.

Probably stupid response, but have you checked your joystick/gamepad works? Lol

My Xbox controller went all wierd on me the other day and wouldn't respond to anything. But it was still plugged in.
Replugging worked. Only does it on my laptop though, and any USB port. Very weird.

Wow! I've been Ninja'd!! That was my first time you know, and I'm sure it won't be my last.

Where did the "mid-vacuum landing" happen to you?

I know you weren't asking me but it happened the first time I visited a planet surface, that planet/moon being New Africa. I was just flying over one of the canyons and suddenly BAM.. Ship stopped.. landing complete.

I lol'd pretty hard.
