My GOD, how do I get THE FULL GAME that I PAID for to work :(

No matter what I do all I get to play if Single Player Combat training. I have UPDATED my game, downloaded the client AGAIN, and tried everything else I can think of.

BUT THIS INFERNAL GAME WILL ONLY LET ME PLAY SINGLE PLAYER COMBAT TRAINING. W T F!!!!!!!!!!

Have you logged in (bottom right) ? I think if you don't you only get the single player option.

Are you receiving any error messages of any type? Also, are you having trouble actually running the Elite Dangerous game from the launcher or are you restricted to the combat training within the game itself (ie. it wont connect to server etc)

Yeah, there are two buttons at the bottom when you start your launcher. One is Play and the other is Log In. Choose Log In on the bottom right and you should be able to choose between the game and the combat training.

You need to login and then you should get an email with a code that effectively verifies your PC (only happens when you first use the PC unless you then use another one).

A stupid thing maybe to check, but I have TWO options in my launcher. When I log in, one says "Combat training demo" antoher one says "elite dangerous" or something. It's to the right of the play button in the launcher. White text - red background, if I recall correctly.

Otherwise, contact support. They should be addressing login issues with priority.

I had a similar problem after trying out the combat demo. Just delete all trace of the game from your hard drive and reinstall it.

Here is a screen shot of my launcher. I am logged in. I have done the code verification and I do have a single player combat training and Elite Dangerous to the right of play, but no matter which one I select I get single player combat traning :mad:

Oh wonderful, this website will not let me post photos...thats just dandy.

RE: Image you want to post; post it up on image shack or photo bucket and then post the link to it here.

RE: Your issue; my other suggestion (as extreme and length as it may be) will be to uninstall the game and reinstall. Then ensure that you only select to install the game in full as opposed to the SP.

Have you downloaded the full client?
Go to store and log in
Click on 'Account dashboard'
There should be a download option there

can I suggest that you ensure where is says single player combat training you click it to "elite:dangerous", it is a select option, I suspect you haven't done this and keep going into the single player training.

Michael has stated before, that your first entrance into the game places you into single player until your first jump to a new station/system. Have you made a jump to any other location yet?
