My only hope for elite dangerous---is that it takes the first elite game..and uses the new computer powers to improve on the gameplay..
Elite as a game had so much potential,which could not be realised as 8 bit and later 16 bit computers like C64 and amiga's were very limited compared to todays computers..
my fear is that,the game might lose it's way,when progressed..
Alot of francises change and lose the original part of what made a game great.
to be honest i couldnt even care is the graphics were the same as in 1980's , as long as the full potential of the gameplay is realised ..lol..
eagerly awaiting more info on the game..as like alot here,,i have waited a generation(my son is 19 and never heard about 'elite' apart from my mad rantings about how they never make games that last now,unlike games like elite..HaHa..
