I loved the sound of the 5 1/4 disc drive, chug chug chug, ah memories. It was 23rd century compared to the cassette drive that came with my Acorn Electron.

That's the same Xmas my dad bought me an Electron with a cassette drive and bought himself a BBC Master with disc drive and all the trimmings and wouldn't let me touch it ahaha! now I'm a dad myself, I sort of understand, the Electron keyboard was chock a block with crisps and Dr. Pepper within a month.
