My Idea for a Lockwood Manor DLC

Another idea I had was a Lockwood Manor DLC, now this DLC is not an expansion, somewhat like a dinosaur pack, with a twist. The twist is that there could be a bonus Fallen Kingdom Chaos Theory level where you start working with the DFW and you have to capture dinosaurs in the vicinity of the Lockwood Manor.

New Species: These new species were displayed as either dioramas or skeletons within the mansion's museum.

Concavenator: This bizarre carcharodontosaurid from Early Cretaceous Spain is distinct with tall vertebrae in front of the hips that are believed to have supported some kind of hump with a smaller ridge at the base of the tail. This fast and formidable predator should not be underestimated. This species was featured as a diorama in the Lockwood Manor Museum.

Mononykus: This small alvaerezsaurid theropod from Late Cretaceous Asia. Its bizarre single-clawed forelimbs are believed to have been used to get into termite mounds or other insect colonies. Its size and speed can be its salvation against larger dinosaurs. This species was featured as a diorama in the Lockwood Manor Museum.

Agujaceratops: This large ceratopsian from Late Cretaceous Texas was heavily built with a large head adorning large horns. This species' skull was the centrepiece of Lockwood's Museum, displayed on a podium in the middle of the room. However this skull was unwittingly the demise of the hybrid dinosaur Indoraptor.

Protoceratops: This small ceratopsian is well known from Late Cretaceous Asia as it was a primary food source of one of Jurassic World's most famous inhabitants, the Velociraptor. Lacking horns, instead this dinosaur had a powerful beak, one snap of that beak could break an arm or a leg of an attacker. This species was displayed as a complete skeleton in the Lockwood Manor Museum.

DLC Decorations:

Concavenator Diorama
Mononykus Diorama
Agujaceratops Skull Display
Protoceratops Skeleton Display

Placeable Lockwood Manor that is climbable by Velociraptor, Atrociraptor, Pyroraptor, Deinonychus, Scorpios Rex and Indoraptor

New Bonus Chaos Theory Level "Lockwood's Estate," the map would include an urban backdrop, the bay where the "Arcadia" docked and delivered the dinosaur with the large Lockwood Manor within the buildable space acting as the main control centre. The landscape is dominated mostly by pine trees and then has temperate trees in the urban area.

The Lockwood Manor can also store dinosaurs in the 21 available cages which can also house aviary species except Quetzalcoatlus. Players should also be able to release dinosaurs through their cage doors and then the main door.

Update Features -

New Decorations for the Free Update: In my head I am assuming this DLC is set after the Isla Nublar Dinosaur Pack and the Camp Cretaceous Mantah Corp Expansion.

As good as the dioramas are, I’d advise using a unique design for the theropods, at least for Mononykus. That one’s not so good. This goes without saying, but make it Compy/Moros size.
I mean that is what it would be, it would be that size, just having an available model, or something inspired by it, pretty much the same as the Dimetrodon scenario, its design was based off the diorama model. I just thought they would go closer to the model of the diorama as it is an existing model they could somewhat use. In the end, this is just an idea, the design team may have their own ideas for Mononykus. The Concavenator model I would like to be kept pretty close to that, because it looks cool as a default, blank pattern.
