My Idea for a North American Desert Pack

I've posted this yesterday in the Update Thread and thought it would be a Shame if it would get buried there.
This is my Idea what a North American Desert Pack could look like

Roadrunner
Collared Peccary
Burrowing Owl
Coyote
Desert Bighorn Sheep
Desert Tortoise
Some kind of Armadillo if there is a North American one that lives in Deserts

Horned Lizard (Exhibit Animal) (or Desert Rain Frog)

Honorable Mentions :
Harris's Hawk
Black-tailed jackrabbit

Which Animals would you like to see in a North American Desert Pack?

Honestly, regardless of how many DLC packs we get I don't think we'll get enough to justify something as super specific as a NA desert pack.

That's a good start for a broader desert pack, which actually is one of my most wanted packs. So for me? I'd take the peccary and armadillo, then combine them with the dromedary, Hamadryas baboon, caracal, Arabian oryx, aaaand... You know what? I think I'd keep the coyote too.

I think every Continent should get at least one Animal Pack (Asia should get a second one for temperate and colder Regions) but I think after this and a Aviary and maybe a real Aquatic Pack, something like this would be really nice.
Zoo Games are rarely made (especially good ones) so I hope Frontier will support the Game as long as possible

I agree with dreamer here, i would keep peccary and burrowing owl and let the rest be desert animal from the rest of the world.
I chose the burrowing owl over the other animals because of its great distribution, biome diversity and the fact that there are over 100 holdings in the EAZA, while most of the other non pigs are not held at all or only very little.

I think for africa i would choose a northafrican desert antelope like the scimitar oryx or the addax and either the sandcat or caracal, with a preferance for the latter for its further range. I would represent asias deserts with the marbled polecat and either a species of wild donkey or the prezwalzki horse, representing the colder deserts like gobi.
Lastly, their needs to be atleast one australian animal, with the emu and the perentie being two great picks.

I would propaply scrap the horse out of these 8 animals, as the prezwalski horse could really easily make it in with other packs, but overall i think that would be quite the ballanced roster for a desert pack

The peccary is great, but the NA deserts are the least in need of a boost regarding deserts. I made an analysis a while ago: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/desert-biome-what-we-have-what-we-need.587447/
