Yesterday was a good day, Grade 4 FSD mod to the Asp taking it to 37 light years range. Grade 4 FSD mod on the FAS 20.6 Light years, not too shabby for a combat ship. Grade 4 FSD mod for the Python gave 20 light years range, all good so far.
Today, I need Polonium to get the grade 5 FSD mod for the Asp. Six hours it took, to find 2 bits of Polonium, I will be hearing that SRV scanner in my sleep. Back to the engineer (if you could call them that) Cue the roll dice, ONE extra light year for the Asp, one miserable light year after hours of boring grind.
Then to add insult to injury, I take a mission in Leesti to deliver 122 Narcotics to a surface base in Lave, reward 1,423,000 credits, except, I get to the planet, "Landing not permitted at this planet." So I abort the mission, and get a 1,423,000 credit fine from the faction.
I like this engineers update, but it is not ready for Prime Time, it is riddled with bugs.
