Hi mighty lord Braben. Talking about the oculus vs Vive things, there is only and only one thing that I care, and that is the display. After reading 1000 impressions on both sides one thing is clear, oculus display is sharper. I don't care at all about walking with a 15x15 room, I don't care about a Camara for watching my wife when she walks in the room, I don't care about hand controllers, and I know you should not care since you are never gonna use them in your game. I don't care if the Vive has a little better fov since anyway my avatar is wearing a helmet that will decrease the fov just as a motorcycle helmet does. I just want the better display with a simple and elegant solution of a discrete Camara on my desk. It's the year 3302 Mighty lord Braben, tell your imperial slaves to move theirs butts and make Elite to work with Oculus or I am gonna have to write your name in my KOS list, and you ashes will be spred from founders world to Maia.
