What’s your intended role? You seem to be emphasizing the running cold aspect of it with the engineering you put on it but the shard cannons suggest a brawler. Running cold will not serve that role too well and you’d be better off in a krait II that can stack more hull points.
 
Would recommend three module reinforcements. If power is limited only the large needs to be guardian since it will be absorbing all the damage.
2x MRPs = 84% protection
3x MRPs = 93.6% protection
 
Some advice, you’d be better off putting another hull reinforcement or Decon limpet rather than a 1A repair limpet. Repair limpets repair capability is increases as the the module size increases. An 1A limpet will only repair 60 absolute hull per limeet- you have over 3000 absolute hull. For reference, a S3 will repair 180 and a S5 will repair 310. If you’re going to use repair limits on an AX ship smaller than size 5 probably not worth it.

edit: I’d recommend using a D rated repair limpet unless you plan to repair wingmen. The letter rating mainly affects the range, and the D rated limpet wilt use less power and be lighter; however, you do lose module integrity.
Slight heat saving. Not a huge amount of difference in power and a reasonable jump range for the build. I can be gone in 2.6 seconds.
You can still have a size 5A and even more heat savings by just turning it off during the fight.
