My notoriety is zero. I have a bounty on my head from Torval. A quick question.

This is indeed the first bounty I've gained in a long time. Like, it's been months. Obviously the first in 3.0.

With this new experience. (I'm not complaining. I knew what I was getting into)

I have but a single question, purely intended to grant me knowledge.

With the title of the thread in mind, is there anywhere I can go to pay off the bounty, should I so choose? Worth noting that this is a Powerplay bounty. I actually gained the price on my head in Mahon space, after killing a Torval NPC.

Thanks for any information.

PP Bounties cannot be payed off. You can either un-pledge from your Power, or offer the bounty up to a player from an opposing Power. PP Bounties are meant as a reward for PP-PvP. No NPC's will 'see' the bounty or cause you any trouble.

As many players experienced issues (e.g. "hot" modules and ships) with PP bounties FD made it possible to pay them off at Interstellar Factors with the current 3.0.3 patch for the time being. They probabely will remove this again once bug fixed and yes, PP bounties are intended for PvP only. NPCs don't react to them.

Not a problem, and I've just looked into that hot fix. Perfectly understandable, and have no quarry with the ultimate intended system.
