My order on the new store page

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but i just got the email about the new Elite store page opening, so went to have a look and i saw it is saying my order was £100.

This is not correct, i bought and paid for the £150 pack.

Do i have a problem here and is this something i need to worry about, or is this merely a different system that has split my payment across different things?

Obviously i don't want to miss out on things i have paid money for.

Other people that paid £150, do you see £100 or £150 showing up in the account information section of the new store?

Thanks in advance to anyone looking into this or helping out.

Don't worry, there are quite a few posts about this, and I'm a fellow £150 backer and I get the same thing.

£100 in the store but still backed to the £150 reward in the old backers app.

I *think* (too many beers last night) that I read the shop only shows figures which are available in the shop itself, not the figures that were available as a backer... hence £200 is available as well BECAUSE it is available in the shop... if that makes sense?

Our £150 doesn't show because the £101 - £150 bracket rewards were ONLY available to backers, not people who are now using the shop <- that makes more sense :)

Thanks guys. Probably would have helped some if they included a special section for "backers rewards" to let us know we had a certain store level, PLUS the bit we paid more for. It wouldn't have affected anything in the store, wouldn't be available to buy now, but would just put our minds at ease.

It also doesn't help me that i CANNOT log in to the backers page anymore. I type my login details, i type the captcha code, and it tell me incorrect details. I've even reset the password and it still won't let me log in.

Hopefully it will sort itself out.

They should add a massive glowing sign on the store shop front saying "kickstarter backers go elsewhere" to make it flipping obvious that the shop storefront isnt for them.

I don't mind the store per se, and i don't even mind it not having the same tiers that the original backers got, but it should have had the store listing with the backer listing beneath it, just to make it visually and immediately clear that money has not disappeared from everyone's order.

Premium order... £100
Backer's supplement... £50

Something like that in the dashboard, with the supplements simply not being available to buy anymore, but showing up in the list for people who already bought them.

Besides, being that i cannot log into the backer's app, i have nowhere else to go anyway.

I have same problem. Maybe write to edbackers@frontier.co.uk about this.

Just for information, i figured out my problem with the backer's log in.

The code you have to type is just the first three letters only of what is shown.

I was typing all six letters and it wasn't working. Don't do that.

Type in your email, password, and the first three letter of the code only.

Haha, seems I wasn't the only one to do that. Must have tried 5 times before I realised.
