Aside from the very obvious DLC with aviaries, I'd personally love an European pack, with things like the red fox, wild boar and badger, red deer, European fallow deer.
I'd also like an pack with just critically endangered animals in it, like the: Axolotl, Addax, Bavarian pine vole, Dama gazelle, Hirola, Mexican agouti, Père David's deer, etc.
I'd also like to see more walking birds, like the secritarybird, Black-necked crane, Marabou stork, North Island brown kiwi.
The last thing I'd really want is to have crabs as exhibit animals. Crabs that usually are found in mangrove forests. It would be an absolute dream to have a rising tide in that exhibit, but i'm sure that is not possible. I'd also love horseshoe crabs in exhibits, ever since I encountered them myself in a zoo (I knew about them beforehand though) I fell in love with them <3
