My Pimax is on the way but I’m not hopeful

Just got an email from pimax with my shipping number! They are sending it via EMS and it’s coming from Singapore it looks like.

I’d email pimax several times asking them to send via FedEx or dhl and I’d pay the extra but they completely ignored me :x

Getting things imported into Saudi is trying at the best of times (though it has improved recently) but an unknown courier has me very worried! Wish me luck! Lol

Their hardly new.
They from what I gather usually take care of the international side of things and let local couriers handle the actual delivery.

I also got a tracking number yesterday.

Here's hoping the second unit is the charm
First one was completely dead.

After more research I see it’s going into the Saudi post system. I’d say that gives me a 50/50 chance of ever finding it! Lol
Pimax support has been a total let down in terms of getting them to change the courier.
They have a long way to go if they are to compete with the big boys...

Like the ones who dumped my "Require signature and ID" package at my neighbours door step without as much as ringing a doorbell or knocking.

No worries though it was just my $350 Virpil flightstick.
Fortunately that neighbour also happen to be my nephew so not exactly a crisis.

But I was wondering why a package marked to require both signature and photo ID, which is normal here, was suddenly marked as delivered.
