I'm looking for Modular Terminals.

EDDB is coming up with no results for multiple systems and Thrudds doesn't seem to be there anymore.

Please help.

And data missions, more likely if you are aligned with a given faction.

I stuck at missions around the Sirius area, because that's where the permit is going to show up, and was rewarded with modular terminals as I became more friendly with the factions giving those missions.

Pick an area and stick with it. Also google finding them for other leads on where best to pick them up. There's a plethora of threads on this.
