My ship is freezing

Henkka77, you cursed me :D
As i was bringing my Python home only 400ly from bubble i had the incident you described. I exited the hyperspace and actually WENT THROUGH one star and plunged in the narrow gap between it and its companion:

..the scariest experience i had so far in the game :) watching how the star gets bigger and bigger in front of me and cant stop or turn away...

:D

Control hassles are.. well.. a hassle. Not that long ago I got my controls so messed up that when I used yaw left, I lost all pitch and roll control since that stick suddenly became mouse-head-look!... almost caused me to wedge my then brand new Orca diagonally in the mail slot. Only my great presence of mind and still functioning reverse thrusters controls saved the day.

Talking about jinxing.. :D

But, Python survived obviously very nicely?

Yes thats correct. It seems rather solid ship. That 1% hull damage was from previous incident when i got distracted by something and let the ship collide with a brown dwarf :)
So Python took no hull damage from that overheating between the two stars.

Here you can see my encounter with close binary star just two jumps away from the Bubble on my way back from my previous trip.

And this was before 1.5/2.0 so i was unable to use HS in SC. :D

This would be the right time to unbind the "eject all cargo" button... while you're there. Just in case.

Not that anyone here has watched over a hundred tons of rare goods spill out in the slot of a space station. Nope. No one at all.
I did the opposite after watching a firefight between Feds and Pirates. I noticed a chunk of metal I thought would be good to sell. Sent a limpet after it and was immediately set upon by the Feds. I got destroyed for it. I had no idea what I'd done wrong at the time though, so you gotta be careful.
