There are issues filed on the Issue Tracker with all the same symptoms back in May-June and all of them are still "confirming". I don't see this being resolved and this is just too much of a chance to give.

PS I want to thank the community and admire your loyalty and patience. Hope one day F-dev will be able to really understand how lucky they are to have all of you with them

you need to be at least 2500 m away from the base you were killed at.it will light up when you are at the corrected erm away distance...
and don't forget your energy packs :)

Universal Cartographics is pretty sure my Mamba is on Quaoar, the ship icon is on the Quaoar but Quaoar is showing no stored ships

the ticket will work did you get an auto e mail reply? support are normally really good on things like that
your cloud save is corrupted and they need to give you the "nudge"

That's a really good news !
Congrats on getting it back, and yea, never land in a settlement ... never ... ever ...got this same issue during beta though, and stopped playing it because of that. good to know there is a way, though it may not work anymore when merged ... well if they don't fix the issue.
