My Ship is stuck in Bright Sentinel!

I cannot launch from this megaship

Can you elaborate on the "cannot launch" part?

The error message is not an error per se, it's just an in-game message that means that if you are attacked, the police won't come to help you (gankers paradise --as if the system authorities NPC ships were a real threat)

I know that the police will not respond, however it is the only thing I see that is not normal.

Normally I use the advanced docking computer (adc) to launch but the launch sequence does not start.
I do see some numbers changing on the screen like when you land on a planet.
I have tried disabling the adc, but the result is the same, like I an orbitting down and trying to land

Maybe you should add a video as you aren't making much sense. Pretty sure I've landed there recently and it was fine, so you're gonna have to help us understand what you are talking about.

Try changing to Horizon, after launch, switch back to Oddy

Ok, if it thinks you are trying to land, can you load the base game, non-horizons? That should kick you out of the ship and outside the exclusion zone, then change back to Horizons.

instead of orbiting down I prefer to orbit sideways personally!
might be advisable to run the file checker via the launcher options
or if its something on the display out of place(a veteran should know ie numbers etc...………..)
try updating your gpu driver (or even roll back in some cases)

I tried the base program, things are the same, except I do not have the landing elavation lines now

Going to see if I can use WIX, to host the video.

There's a bug report, but I suggest contacting customer service and they can move you and your ship to another station, a bug report may have no effect on your situation but customer support can help you fix it at least temporarily.

Just one question, you didn't happen to sell your landing suite module while there? I know another CMDR who did this and ended up in a similar situation.

I have found and fixed the problem.

It was caused by not having a "Planetary Approach Suite", Fitted.

Working ok now

Yep, your landing module, I just couldn't remember the full name.
