Hey Commanders,

I've spent a few days scanning and traveling from Pepper system to some nebulas (Pleiades, Witch Head, California) nad I've made some screenshots from my journey. Since this game looks breathtakingly beautiful, I use them as my wallpapers. I'll share them here, if you like any, feel free to download and use them on your desktops. :)

I was on this journey in my new Diamondback Explorer and i have to say that ships was fantastic and I felt safe and cozy in it. I also have a Cobra MK3 "Elysium" which I took for a ride when I got back so she's on 2 screenshots too. ;)

I will go on another trip, this time it will be the big one that will take me on the other side of the galaxy (hopefully not to afterlife) but I will have to prepare for that.

Edit: Commanders would like to know some technical thing related to my journey, but I don't have it. I know I didn't use heat sinks, I just had fuel scoop, advanced and detailed scanners, and I was really careful. Came back with 98% of the hull.

Great photos Espege, and a nice little expedition.

I visited those three Nebulae on my last 'local region' expedition - I was supposed to be going all the way to the Crab Pulsar, but turned back for a race after getting to the California Nebula. :)

that shot with the sunrise over the planet with the nebulas in the background is a nice one. the DBE is a nice looking ship.

Yeah thanks for sharing the pics! I'm still fond of my Asp w/ the white apollo paint scheme, but that DBE is really nice looking.

I'm still collecting money to buy and outfit ASP and go on some really far, far away trip.
I'm in Elite since Beta but I've been playing on and off and learned some things the hard way... Don't trust your Standard docking computer, never remove shields for cargo space and always save money for rebuy cost. :D Lessons learned. :)

Diamondback is really good for local exploration, I had 22LY jump range, I would have more, but I kinda kept my weapons just in case, although I didn't need them in the end. Ship with full outfit wat less than 4 million credits.
