I'm gonna let off some steam here...
Okay, FD wants to spread out large, Okay, they need the cash to push the developpement further, but holly crap, why the hell has the networking become so unstable since the PS4 release? I mean a lot more than usually.
I am getting more and more disconnects, even with adjucation server error messages, random loss of connection during transition phase between SC, orbital and h-jump (that are taking far more time than it should) and no, I don't play over steam.
Consoles use a far more different and more restricted network setup and have far less content quality and performance threshold than a PC. No wonder that big gaming companies bring out exclusive titles when it comes to multiplayer games.
And what about going on Amazon servers? Who's idea was that? I witnessed it beforehand with websites from my clients and my own company website (which I now moved elsewhere) that going on amazon servers gives you a hard time when you expect it the least.
And support? "It must be on your side"-stance is not what I would call efficient support!
It can't be that my 120Mbps (ping between 30 and 45 to the server) connection isn't enough to reach out to the dedicated frontier server which afaik is located in Europe! (I'm in germany btw)
Damn, I am slowly getting so sick of that!
Get it sorted dammit![mad]
