my two cents

and now that this is not enough:

1. 500 cr fine still exist. although i was shot down
2. 750 cr bounty on my head... what for?!

dont get it, FD

im actually the sadist :)

PS: insurance removal will help players choose their targets more carefully and consider the outcome of combat.

Or allow people who have built up shed loads of money to attack people for fun knowing they probably cant afford to risk fighting back.

no, they dont. i 've got interdicted and shot down in my type6 by a cobra. just like that. no warning, no nothing. there are simply stupid people outhere.

hi folks, i need to write that down.

i just came home with my cargo full of stuff, worth a million credits. i flew into the station but forgot to ask for permission. i turned immediately as i saw the 500 cr fine, got out a second too late.

the station opened the fire although i was not in the station. imagine what happened next.

i lost my ship, had to pay 300000 cr for insurance and lost the cargo as well

all in all 1300000 cr lost.... because i forgot to ask for landing permission.

im fed up, guys.

The exact thing happened to me today in my T6 with a full load of palladium and 300k rebuy - 1.5m. I fumbled the maneuver to get out and was a second too late. I felt like such an idiot.

Oh well, that probably won't be the most expensive mistake I ever make in Elite.

Don't turn, just reverse.
Happened to me a couple of times when i'm tired so I just backed out.

Yup, unfortunately I had already hit down thrust before I realized I did not have docking rights - trying to come in as fast as possible
