Got me wondering for my own very first, just under 8 years ago, of course my total is nowhere near yours, but that's to be expected, I more a generalist myself.

Nobody seems to have visited the system since and I didn't scan every body in the system, but the EWL was nearly 500k ls away from entry point so I spent a while just traveling there.
I got my first one in late November 2017...

My first Earthlike find over 9 years ago too.
Found it then my ship was destroyed on way back and two years later found this screenshot again and revisited it.
This was my first Earth-like, I discovered it on 3 November 2020, on my first major Explorer Tour ( Colonia Sag A* )
4 months before I had started with ED.

My first discovered and tagged was a pair of binary Earth-likes, Caer Itar A 1 and A 2, on 2014. Dec. 3 (during the Gamma headstart, see here). They were what started me on the path of exploration, as it blew my mind that I never even considered before that life-bearing planets might exist in pairs. Unfortunately, a later update turned the two into Water Worlds, but my path was set by then - and hey, tenth anniversary is coming up soon.
