well, ive been flying it like this for a solid year. So im fine
i was attacked by another player the other day and he was super angry at me because i wasnt going to deal with him. The beauty of being a cutter, quite literally NOTHING except a station, thargoid, another cutter, or another planet can stop you from jumping away, oh yeah also the grombomb but thats a completely different story lol

Man, it's never worth it in the end. Save yourself the embarrassment of begging the support to revive your ship.
Support should really only be a recourse in the case of a problem with the game, not the recklessness of players.
I agree, but unfortunately the number of people who ask them to restore their lost ships is too damn high!
And they are so nice that they won't say no...
With that boost speed, those resistances will be important. These days that’s slow for a cutter.
i havent had an issue with out running folks and out jumping folks. It suits me just fine.
the thermal resistance doesnt worry me because, its got 8k points to have to burn through.
with 50% resistance that would be 12k to burn through., or 7200 if you would go up against someone using plasma.
but atm against plasma you only got 3200 hp, and i think you could get into severe trouble if you went up against someone using that and FSD disruptors as your natural shield regen is not going to last long with that low resistance.
While this is true, OP seems to have no intention to actually fight with professional PvPers. And I am able to safely escape any situation with mere 900MJ shields.
I do have a couple of rebuys ready, though.
well there is where the other flaw in his build comes in - his low boost speed.
almost any pvp ship will be able to outrun him, and they will be able to just fly up at point blank range where point defense is useless and spam him with FSD disruptors.
