Myers Animal Entertainment Park - bugs - Research Collection and Campaign Toast

1) In this scenario I'm having a bug where I can't collect the vet research rewards. Despite notifications in both the main gameplay UI and in the Vet Research window, showing me I have rewards to collect, clicking on the reward button (or obtaining the rewards in the other ways) doesn't work. Logging out / into the game doesn't fix things. (see pic attached).

2) After logging in/out of the game, the campaign narrative seems to jump backwards and I get Myers turning up telling me there is a Bengal Tiger in my rewards. I did this ages ago and the tiger is already in my game.

3) Not sure if this is just part of the scenario or not but the barriers are disintergrating very quickly, and mechanics are taking a very long time to turn up and mend them.

Edit:- My apologies, I understand this problem now. It was research for a small exhibit where the animal had died and replacing it fixed the issue.

2) When you start/continue the scenario it refreshes you with the last voiceover info and it also flashes up with the screen showing your last star achievement. This is normal as far as I am aware.

3) It could well be that the mechanics vists are too far apart. Try lowering it to 6 months or even a month. And try and imagine the furthest distance he may have to travel and bear that in mind.
