Myers zoo "Indian Casino" where to place the elephants, suggestion

Hello!
To you who have played that scenario (see subject) where would you put the elephants? I have only $5000 left and is leaking money, so I do not want to fuss around too much and see it is wrong size etc. :D

I see some water outside the area, but I realize I haven't checked if it is buildable.. ahem.. hmm..

There's a section which is within the walls (I think it is in the north west if you are looking from the entrance of the zoo). It is already basically enclosed with the walls and has a dip where you can place water (I may have modified that a bit). I used natural barriers, stuck in a walkway for the guests and ran a staff path along one side and put the habitat door and a keepers hut near the wall. May not be the cheapest way, I'm not sure.
