Mysterious things at Airy Landing (Ovinnik)

Greetings commanders,

Yesterday I was heading to Airy Landing in Ovinnik to complete a mission. First thing I noticed, it is a pirate station.
There is no problem with that you may say, and I agree with you. But as I approached, I started to hear weird sounds. Sounds I've never heard in the two years I've spent flying through our galaxy.

The first sound I heard was a kind of train horn, but distant, or muffled. I assumed it was some machinery in the station and managed to dock, and then I heard a weirder sound. It sounded like a WW2 air-raid siren. I checked in the mission and logged out.

I did some researches about those sounds, I found nothing about the WW2 siren, but some people already heard train horn like sounds. But nothing about its possible origin.
Today I logged in, and as I was still docked at Airy Landing, I heard the weird sounds again. No matter how frightened I was, I decided to go check by myself and followed the sound.

It seems to be emitted by a kind of shipwreck

What is this thing ? Why are there spotlights here ?

Here are closer looks of the supposed shipwreck

The "Authorised Craft Only" entrance is barricaded, with weird marks on the steel plates that are blocking the access

For the commanders that don't know what this is supposed to look like,

I've seen similar wreckage on many outposts ever since I started playing the game OCT last year so I don't think this is new. Same with the siren sound. I've never scooted around the outposts looking at them though so I can't say if the barricaded entrance port is new/rare or not.

The entrance isn't new either, I almost killed myself as a noob trying to find a way in there. "I know I have permission to dock,        ' let me in!" =]

The stations are worth looking at, a lot of people complain that they're all the same. They're the same shape, but the details that make them different are pretty cool.

Thanks commanders, I never heard these sounds and found nothing on the net so I thought I should post it there to know more about it.

About the sounds, any idea about what they mean ?
I'm assuming the wreckage is recent and they haven't had the time to clear it off.

I've wondered about the sounds too. I'm inclined to believe they have a meaning or indicate something, like the sounds on the system map. Maybe the type of wreck does too. I've never sat down to try to work it out though.

That wreckage parked on that specific Outpost type has been there since V1.0. It's just GFX really.
Outposts have several "Soundscapes" in the vicinity of many components, but they don't mean anything. It's just cool to listen to, so it's worth floating around Outposts and check them out.
Again, you'll find they're 100% the same for any given component of a specific Outpost type.

PS.
That "No Entry" port of Outposts is where they used to launch Security Eagles as an additional Crime response.
That ceased to work sometime after V1.3 or V1.4 and has been bug-reported during V2.1beta (as Outposts entirely fail to yield any weapon response even to direct attacks, they only react to attacks on Ships within their NFZ using their tiny and ineffective Lasers).

2 years playing and I don't recall seeing these type of stations....unlucky OP....I was excited reading it myself.

Learn something new everyday eh?

These are "normal" sounds of a working industrial complex with some heavy machinery... "Clunky" sounds of heavy machines and some sirens to warn people from getting hurt. Think of a blast furnace or something like that...
