N00b question.

I have powerlay preparation nominations for the first time. At least I think I do.

1. Where do I see them?
2. In the prep tab of my power it says no system has 50 nominations yet? how do they get those 50?

Sounds like you are with A LAVIGNY-DUVAL who has out-stretched her reach, and as a result currently has no Preperation systems or Expansions available.
Hoping next cycle things will balance out.
