Nanomam allegiance makes no sense

Right now, 3 of the 5 local factions in Nanomam are Fed, and all together they make up 88% of the total influence in the system. But it's considered an Independent system.

Why? Something is wrong there...

There are several systems like this...Like Arugh (I think, not logged in currently) It has 5 minor factions, 3 Empire 2 independent...On the galaxy map its classed as "Federation" ...Wat...I don't even...

Yeah plenty overthrown local government in the galaxy now

This need fixing, because for example in an independent system (as shown on the galaxy map) that turned out to be dominated by fed/empire/alliance aligned factions, the criminals in that system will likely aligned to fed/empire/alliance, and thus we cannot bounty hunt there without losing ranking to the their factions as well as the big 3

I've seen dozens of systems like this across federation space. Fed on galaxy map, but actually independent systems.
