Narcotics = Legal Drug???

OK, so if Narcotics are Illegal in all systems except for Anarchy and Dictatorship, then WHY are they listed under the "Legal Drug" section? That makes no sense at all. :S

Yea the commodities are bugged i think, just saw slaves and imperial slaves for sale in a Fed system......(and no empire factions)

Are you in Achon Delaine's territory?

I'm in the Antal system working on the CG there. Was looking for a good item to trade out of Lobachevsky station and grabbed some "Legal Drugs" to see if that was what the "Seeking Goods" traders wanted. As soon as I hit the "launch" button, it suddenly told me that I had illicit cargo, I hadn't even made it out of the station yet. Could have warned me that I was purchasing illicit cargo before I hit "buy". That was definitely no bueno. :(

Hmm.. that's interesting.. Perhaps before Antal exploited the system the drugs were legal there and thus still sells them? I would think that exploitation would automatically change the market since the black markets can be closed. That's odd.

Well, I knew that Narcotics were legal in the Empire, yet I had a smuggling mission for Narcotics that were considered illegal between 2 of Arissa's systems. That should not be correct......

Arissa doesn't own or even run the systems, she has influence there. The local government run the system, and they may have different rules.

However, there could be something up if exploited systems are supposed to have a special power based effect that changes item legality.
