Native Discord overlay support

SUBJ! Now it works only in windowed mode and, hm, ...strange. Seems 2 me, that Discord stuff will be happy to help. By the way, TS overlays are working (who is speakong, etc)

Overlays are pretty ugly hacks, so any single one working is more a matter of luck than anything.

Pretty ugly hacks, I agree, but useful... And! Built in hack, with help of the hack writer, is not so ugly, IMHO
