Nav Beacon and exploration : a few suggestions

So right now, except for the few jumps into binary star systems, exploration isn't very dangerous.
And right now, Nav Beacon don't make a lot of sense, ships show up there for no good reason.

I was thinking the following :
When jumping to a system that has a nav beacon you should arrive there out of supercruise. It would make more sense seeing other ships there as they would have jumped to that system too and arrived there.
Which bring me to my suggestions for exploration : Whenever jumping to a system that doesn't have one, make hypercruise less of a point and click and have the player have to manually disengage hypercruise, this could be done the way supercruising to a station is done with a bar that indicates you how close you are etc... which would add more complexity to the operation and more risk. You could overshoot the star/shoot right into it/ disengage too far and have to burn more fuel etc...
This would also permit addition of new game mechanics : Destroying a Nav Beacon for instance could make jumping to a system potentially more dangerous for a certain amount of time (in a populated system let's say one day for instance) this would make possible to "isolate" a system from the rest of the galaxy to make a blocus etc...
This could also permit addition of new missions such as carrying beacons to newly charted systems and make routes between two systems potentially safer until someone decides to destroy the nav beacons.

Maybe also make system data more useful by making it easier when having it to safely arrive in a system with no nav beacon (but not automatic)

Obviously destroying a nav beacon should add a huge bounty on your head as not to be abused by players.
