My Nav Panel list is now overflowing with surface data, mainly Geological surface signals.
I made the 'mistake' of scanning my 'home' system, so now anytime I'm flying there (frequent!) I've got to scroll through moons with 14 and 25 geo features. The current filters call them POI, but turning that option off removes other POI such as installations in space, that I do want to view.
I'd expect most CMDRS only really need to see the Geos when considering surface prospecting. I'm already finding systems with 40+ Geo features per single body, so for a five-body system all with surface features that could be 200+ data rows adding to the Nav Panel, making it unweildly.
PROPOSAL
Add a further filter class for Surface Signals - either all of them, or just Geos, which seem most prevelant.
ALTERNATE
In the Nav Panel, nest the Geo data under each body, so for the body it might show "Lave 1 [15 Geo]", and then it's possible to open or expand that body's entry to view all 15 Geos.
PRO TIP
Don't do detailed surface scans in systems you spend a lot of time in, else you'll fill up the Nav Panel with rows of data
