After scanning an unexplored system you see all objects in the navigation panel with the same icon and the description "Unexplored". You can sort of tell what type of object each item is by the indenting. You can also go to the system map and see what each object is. The one I find particularly annoying as an explorer is the asteriod belts. I have to click on each unexplored object until I find the next one that is not an asteroid belt. I will have to typically do this many times when scanning objects in a system particularly if they are close to the star. Would it be possible to:
a) Show the icons for each object rather than the generic one? I don't see that this is giving me information I should not have. After all, I can simply open the galaxy map and see what each object is and select it.
b) Allow us to add filters for the types of objects we wish to see in the navigation panel?
Thanks!
