Navigation woes

I'm sitting pretty in my Lakon type 6 at Ovid. I want to go to CM Drako. The galaxy map tells me i should be able to, even with full cargo, yet i cannot lock on to it. Distance to CM Draco is 15.5 ish LY.

What am I doing wrong? Bug?

You've tried selecting the destination in the Galaxy map? Even if its way out of range it will let you try and give and error if its too far.

go into galaxy map & select it from there.
Not everything in distance is showed in the quick nav computer.
Also, you may be carrying to much weight (guns, docking puter, etc.) I think 17 could still be a little to far though

Thanks for the advice, managed to get there. 200.000k Ls and 4 interdictions later i managed to land at Andersons Escape. ( escape indeed! ) I picked up some ludicrous speed on the way there! It got up to 630c
