Navy Progression rank Help

Well i had the clipper when you could get it at squire rank.Bought a python and sold the clipper.Had a few days with the python decided to go back to the clipper but since they fixed the rank for the clipper purchase couldnt buy it.
Decided to gain ranks with the empire got to Lord rank got summerland permit thought everything is going fine did a few empire faction missions in summerland but the only naval progression missions that seem to appear are for the summerland permit which i already have.
Spent two evenings doing missions for empire factions trying to get a new naval progression mission but nothing only summerland permit.Is this a known bug or is there a workaround,will i need to put in a support ticket.
Just wondering if anyone out there had come across this problem and found a solution.

Having a similar issue. Managed to get mission progression from knight to lord but it needed a load of missions before it was offered. I also went from friendly to allied with a minor faction. Not sure if it has a bearing but it happened. Still grinding for Baron mission.

Also I've had permit missions hanging around before and after the progression missions. Think it's just in relation to recent patch

FD fixed the loophole allowing Clipper to be purchased below Baron rank. Either in the 1.05 drop or shortly after (server side).
