Nearest system that sells 3f pulse lasers w turret?...

I am actually near on sol, but i dont have sol permit, and i bought a asp explorer and saw that pulse lasers 3f are good, and then i amm trying to buy it, i searched 5 hours and found nothing, is there anything near that i can buy?

Class 1 (1f, if I remember correctly) gimballed pulse lasers and yes it's an Asp Explorer.
