Newcomer / Intro Need 2.4 billion credits

As I parked "Daffofil" on the surface of a volcanic moon last night, watching the glory of it's parent ringed gas-giant ascend majestically above the horizon, I looked at my 4.5 Mcr balance, and thought "I'm doing really well!!" :)

(Mind you, when I get back from this trip out into the unknown, I think the balance might be going a tad higher than that. ;) )

I think I saw you the other day. Did you see me? I was the guy in the gold Corvette wearing sunglasses and driving with my elbow out the window. We had just had a champagne party on my ship and there were a few cake crumbs left over. I was going to ask if you wanted them, but when I called you there was no reply. Maybe you were asleep at the time.

Pick one, work it till you got the cr's you "NEED" or want. If your not making enough cr's fast enough, find another system, suggestions here if there any good will get nerfed. Besides what was good today at one location may not be good the next day at the same location. Things change, thus one has to be ready willing and able to change also.

Personally, I made billions hauling nothing but passenger's and occasional data deliveries if and when they were going to one of my destinations. I'd fill my Python as full as I could with passenger's and upon delivering one or more, pick up one or more and get on to the next stop.

Though I played more per day than most helped dramatically, by in large, passenger's which are point to point, not sight seer's is a great way to make cr's the fastest. Yes, it's a grind, but then what isn't?

That was you? I thought I heard something outside, but it was dark and I'd just put the lights off for the night and put the cat out. I would have appreciated the crumbs though; knock more loudly next time, and I'll get back up and be more sociable.

Cmdr Nemo, I also find that you run across some most interesting, beautiful systems doing passenger missions the way you do them. You can cover a lot of space that way and find many systems that haven't been explored completely as yet. The last time I did a couple hours of passenger missions, I found myself over 100 Ly's from home and didn't even realize it. Love it.

OP, just go and mine your way to a fortune.

It's slow, but that way you can volley forth mountains of self-righteous bile upon those who dare do anything that resembles an "exploit".

What an image.

2.4 BILLION? Wow LOL.... been playing since Alpha and don't even have 1 billion yet - even if I add in my other 2 commanders' totals!
